The first 'I do'.

Dear Sisters in Christ,

I'm sure that we have all thought of it. When after years of longing we finely get to look into that special one of a kind guy's eyes and clearly speak the words ' I do'.

We all long for the moment that we can fully put our trust in someone have him be everything to us and we to be everything to him.

Did you ever think of the fact that you should be giving your first 'I do' to someone else? We should give our first ' I do' to Jesus. Think about it when you tell your true love I do you are telling him that you will be there to respect him, love him, and trust his guidance.

Let me be blunt with you. People will let you down. Even that special someone that you love.
God will never let us down. He wants to be everything to us. He wants us to trust him and give everything to him. God is the most wise person in the world we should first put our trust in Him. When we do that we will feel the peace that can only come from a trustful relationship with Him.

So what is the point of this post? We need give our first 'I do' to Jesus. Trust Him with your life, everything. When you are willing to give your 'I do' to Jesus and fully trust Him. The things that happen in your life will begin to make more sense.

I for one am going to give my first 'I do' to Jesus.
