A Young Maiden's Daybook. April 5, 2010

Today- April 5, 2010

Outside my window- At the moment I can't see much out as it as it is dark. :)

I am thinking- How ready I am for something. I think I am ready for bed.

I am thankful for- Parents and siblings. Also Spring weather.


I am wearing- A green Regency crossover gown, tights, and flats.


I am reading- The Bible and Julia Reid by Isabella Alden. ( This is a truly wonderful book! )

I am creating- Regency gowns when I find the time and energy. :)

One of my favorite things- Chocolate!!!

For education this week - I am trying to finish up my homework.

A keeper at home skill I am using/learning - I am using my ability to cook in order to help my mom and family.

A spiritual lesson I’m learning- To trust the Lord and wait for His perfect timing.

A godly character trait I plan to work on- Being kinder to my siblings.

Scripture I am memorizing- ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Psalm 13:5-

But I have trusted in Your loving kindness; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.

I am praying for- My dear friend Mrs. Heath who is having trouble with her knees. (Please do pray for her yourself.)

For the rest of the week- Whatever the Lord has called me to do! :)
